Bryan Brown is the Founder + CEO of Responsival, a leading creative web solutions expertise company founded in 2014.
Under Bryan's leadership, Responsival has grown from a startup servicing small businesses to an exclusively Webflow-based company, leveraging the platform's capabilities to create custom experiences for forward-thinking brands.
VP, Strategy + Growth
Lani has studied SEO since 2010 and previously owned an SEO growth marketing agency before Responsival acquired it in 2020. She understands every aspect of SEO—from developing powerful IA + UX strategies to onsite and offsite content strategies. Search engines reward more than just quality links—they want to see a seamless UX journey through thoughtful IA implementation and the best content about your target keywords. Lani will identify your target audiences and craft optimal user journeys for conversion.

VP, UX/UI Design
Dana was the first designer on staff. She holds a M.F.A. in Graphic Design and a B.S. in Communication - Emerging Technology and Multimedia with a minor in Graphic Design.
At Responsival, Dana combines her communication and design backgrounds to craft compelling, strategy-driven web experiences for clients. Her practice has been notable for designing with a focus on the goals of end visitors and establishing reusable design systems.
Her work and previous work encompasses collaborating with key stakeholders, wire-framing, critiquing, prototyping, user journey mapping, A/B testing, UI Design, and No-Code Development.
Director of Strategy + Growth
After joining the Responsival team as an account manager in 2020, Victoria has since evolved into her current position as Director of Strategy + Growth. With a passion for digital marketing and a keen strategic eye, Victoria crafts successful offsite and onsite SEO strategies driven by thoughtful keyword research. Victoria monitors reporting, pinpointing areas for campaign fine-tuning to drive outstanding results for our clients.

Jasmine has over ten years of expertise in customer service and brings three years of expertise in Webflow. As Director of Client Success, she adeptly manages client relationships and guides designers to execute projects seamlessly. Offering insights and solutions, Jasmine is your go-to for all things Webflow and website-related.
Marketing Outreach Manager
Kayla first started working with Responsival in 2016, initially holding various part-time roles until 2020 when she joined the team full-time as our Marketing Outreach Manager. She oversees all of Responsival’s linkbuilding outreach efforts, leveraging her excellent communication skills to cultivate and maintain relationships with new clients and partners.
