While this new community development welcomes thousands of visitors during football season, the fun doesn’t stop there. With year-round programming and events, visitors come to Titletown to play, stay, eat, and relax—no matter the season.

Client Needs

Titletown offers a diverse calendar of events spanning the entire year. From fitness classes and art programs in the summer to sledding and ice skating in the winter, Titletown has it all.

The former events calendar was lackluster and just didn’t do justice to the excitement of Titletown. Lacking the necessary filtering options, narrowing down events was a challenge for users as well. The Titletown team also struggled with the process of managing events on the site. Updates, additions, and changes were time-consuming and inefficient. Titletown needed a solution to provide a seamless and simplified experience for both the team and the users.

Our Solution

Titletown’s requirements for an online calendar surpassed the capabilities offered by standard Webflow features, so our team devised a plan to custom-develop a visually captivating, user-friendly, and highly efficient events calendar.

Boasting a visually appealing and engaging design that aligns with Titletown’s energetic brand, each event is presented with eye-catching details, enticing users to explore. Users can now explore events in multiple views—calendar, list, or day—and filter by event category and location to completely tailor their experience to their preferences. The calendar seamlessly integrates with Google, Apple, and Outlook calendars, ensuring users can effortlessly sync Titletown’s events with their personal schedules.

This new calendar also streamlines the backend management for the Titletown team. Repeating events are now much easier to create and manage, and the Titletown team has much more control over their content.
